Anyone Tried WP-OneClick for Launching WordPress Sites? Feedback Needed

I recently came across WP-OneClick, a website builder that claims to launch a fully functional WordPress site with just one click. It’s supposed to come pre-loaded with optimized themes, essential plugins, and secure login options like Google and Microsoft.

How smooth was the setup process?

Are the pre-installed themes and plugins actually useful, or did you end up changing most of them?
