Scaling Up: What to Look for in Law Firms in Ontario

As my boutique tech agency expands, I’ve realized that I can no longer rely on DIY templates and need to partner with established law firms in Ontario.

I am particularly interested in firms that have a strong track record in intellectual property and cross-border trade between Canada and the US.

Do you think it is more beneficial to hire a "Big Law" firm in the Financial District or a specialized boutique firm that offers more "personalized" attention?

I am trying to "map out" a long-term legal strategy that grows with my revenue. Your insights on firm culture would be great.
