Can you finish a degree while sick?

I have been sick with the flu for a whole week and I feel like I am dying. My throat hurts so bad and I have a fever that will not go away. I have a huge legal paper for my degree due in two days but I cannot even read a single sentence. I am so panicked about failing that I honestly thought about getting some Law dissertation help UK just to submit something. Does anyone else get sick at the absolute worst possible time?
